Requrements:

1.For Movies and pictures:
-DIY stereo glasses (can be made out of transparent plastic or something)
you can borrow a book that contain em from your kids library!

Search for stereoscopic movie on YouTube..

Stereoscopic glasses don't produce headache. View is slightly darker so bright monitor is welcome.
