Vegan bread don't include eggs, butter or milk that may be included in casual bread. Vegan person should taste the difference.
Eat vegan bread:
- at Vegetarian restaurant
- Buy "Bio" bread or vegan toast bread at food supply store. Look also for gluten-free products.
- Bake bread at home
- Cacao
- Potato
- Lecithin
- Adds like paprika, garlic and parsley can make bread more "standalone consumable".
- Adding things like poppy seeds on top may require egg white but there is probably way around it (like using sugar+water solution to stick)
- Exotics like banana or zucchini
