Laptops already have build-in microphones and are quite good to talk, however once you use laptop speakers, everyone can hear your conversation.

Smaller computer means more portability.

These headphones offer privacy and won't fall off your head so quickly. Note that you will be still able to hear environment sounds with one ear. Not convenient for short conversation because time needed to get em on your head.

Not expensive anymore. True wifi phone that can be used wherever Wifi signal is available. Remember to buy one of these for your frends otherwise your voip availability may be useless.

Stationary phone. You will never hear question "where are you" again and if you are lucky you will never ask yourself, where the phone is.

Microphone. You can speak instantly, from great distance. No need to go looking for phone. The trouble is that everyone hears conversation (private room needed).. but still that may be conference opportunity or just additional listener*:) enjoy!

Go to tools -> preferences -> (show settings ->all) ->filters -> enable Scale tempo

(next you'll be changing speed with right button where it says 1.00x)

How to get computer (cpu) temperatures in linux?

Enter into terminal:

watch -d -n 1 "cat /proc/acpi/thermal_zone/*/temperature"

It updates once per second, actualy you get two temperatures this way

echo $(cat /proc/acpi/thermal_zone/*/temperature | grep C | awk '{
print $2 }' | awk '{ print $1 }')

returned 88 59 temperatures. One for each temperature sensor.

Could be interesting if you can calculate room temperature based on cpu
temperature (mine cpu load is always 100% due to distributed computing)
