How to get rid of spam?and get efficient mail inbox
Follow these simple rules:

1. do not give your mail address to websites that you don't trust (same with phone numbers)

2. do not put your mail on your website (or put is like "john.smith At gmail DoT com")

3. do not use same password for your websites accounts and your mail inbox (some websites use it)
even facebook try to make you fool into singing in with your mail&password (you think you are signing into FB but we are checking your mailbox for frends mate)

4. have friends that do not send massive mail with multiple mail addresses on it (and avoid friends that are in hands of spammers)

5. do not buy viagra -yes, do not support spammers and buy natural products instead (and quit smoking too)

6. unsubscribe from all newsletters
-simply click unsubscribe
-replay with unsubscribe as subject
WARNING: do not replay to random spam messages (they will recognise you as living being and send you more mail)

7.answer mail requests with random mails like

8.less mail you send less likely you will recieve spam (so skip sending stupid mail, and break being newsletter chain)

10.some newsletters are hard to unsubscribe. You can use filters if you mail provider have them (gmail has)
